We strive to respect your time and be punctual for every appointment. Due to the nature of a mobile service, please factor a window of time around your appointment that allows for any traffic/travel time or a longer than expected appointment. We want to give our full attention to every one of our patients! We will call or text when we are en route for your appointment.
We will typically greet your pet in the home and then move to the van for procedures when your pet is comfortable. Please try to confine your pet to an area where they will be easy to find close to your appointment time. Sometimes they like to hide (especially kitties!) when new people come into the home.
